He earned his undergraduate degree from Duke University, where he developed a foundation in critical thinking and problem-solving. Afterward, he pursued his legal education at Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he graduated with honors. Kevin’s legal practice is rooted in his commitment to providing personalized, high-quality legal representation across a range of areas, including real estate, oil and gas, and contract negotiations.
Before embarking on his legal career, Kevin was a teacher, an experience that honed his communication skills and deepened his commitment to helping others. Our Team
Kevin Ferdowsian
Kevin Ferdowsian, JD is an Oklahoma native and certified with the Oklahoma Bar. Graduating from Duke University, Kevin has developed a scholar’s ability to research and digest complex issues related to his casework. Kevin taught mathematics and physics for nearly ten years and continues educational instruction as an adjunct professor with the Oklahoma Energy Resources Board. Kevin serves as legal advisor to Phoenix Zones Initiative, an international human and animal rights organization. Kevin works on oil and gas, title and land related legal work, transactions, civil litigation, as well as estate planning and probates.
JANEAL BEOUGHER
Born and raised in Oklahoma, Janeal graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Central Oklahoma with a BBA and then received her Masters Degree in Management from the University of Southern Nazarene University with a 4.0 GPA. Janeal spent over 20 years in upper management positions with the State of Oklahoma and Oklahoma County. Janeal serves clients of Ferdowsian Law, PLLC as administrator of their cases and legal needs.
Aaron Bryant
Aaron is a landman with 20 plus years of experience in the field, including title examinations, for surface, mineral interests and working interest properties, leasing, purchasing and helping negotiate surface protections. Aaron currently works for Ferdowsian Law firm as its investigator.
